'It was the longest day of my life': Pregnant woman runs a marathon... and then gives birthBy Hannah Roberts Last updated at 9:24 PM on 10th October 2011 At 39 weeks pregnant most women would only be thinking of racing to hospital. But not Amber Miller, who -- while expecting her second child any day -- set off to run the Chicago Marathon. As she neared the final stages of the race, contractions kicked in. But the extraordinary mother-of-one from Illinois continued the race regardless, half running, half walking. The determined athlete managed to cross the finish line in 6 hours and 25 minutes. Heroic effort: Amber Miller gave birth hours after finishing the Chicago Marathon to baby June The new mother told the Daily Herald: 'It was the longest day of my life.' Incredibly the Chicago race was not even baby June's first marathon — Miller ran the Wisconsin Marathon earlier this year, four moths pregnant. She also ran another marathon when she was about four months pregnant with her son, Caleb, 19 months. Despite the extra weight, the veteran runner's time was just three hours off her personal best. Long day: Miller completed the race in six hours 25 minutes , half running, half walking Bundle of joy:Miller went into labour while still running the marathon Work out: Amber Miller said she had continued running the whole way through her pregnancy |

ITS COSTS NOTHING TO BE NICE BUT THE DIVIDENDS ARE PRICELESS
Can you put a price on being nice? The chances are you already have. When you go to a restaurant, do you sometimes tip a little bit more if the serving staff were extra nice/professional/helpful? When you shop somewhere and the assistants are nice (not pushy) and give good advice, you go back next time, right?

Good Morning....Blaming Makes No Sense
On the road, it is never the question of whose mistake, but it is the question of whose life! The responsibility of not hitting and not being hit, both are yours and yours alone. On the road, it you want to be alive YOU have to make the adjustments. Blaming makes no sense.
Similarly, in the road called life, In dealing with the traffic called relationships, It is not the question of whose mistake, But it is the question of whose life. In relationships too, if you want happiness YOU have to make the adjustments. Here too, blaming makes no sense.
